Signs of FallIt's been a fairly warm summer here in Maine and it's nice to see some signs of fall. We've had quite a few days in the 90s (with three days in a row of 95+ degrees) and I read that Portland set a record high dewpoint of 78 this summer. That's more typical of the Caribbean than that of New England. In fact, on some of my morning hikes this summer, temperatures, and dewpoints were in the low to mid-70s, which was common when I went on hikes in El Yunque. This summer has been quite the rainy summer too, so hopefully, all that moisture will translate to vibrant fall colors!
